About the Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join its dynamic team in the West Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the conveyancing process, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Handle client calls, provide updates, and complete follow-up tasks
  • Sales File Management: Draft contract packs, complete ID checks, and ensure all required paperwork is completed and signed
  • Purchase File Management: Request contract papers, conduct ID and funding checks, ensure payment on account, and handle paperwork
  • Exchange and Completion Preparation: Assist in setting up files, liaising with relevant parties, and ensuring all documents are ready for exchange
  • Task Management: Diarise and manage tasks, follow up on outstanding work, and ensure timely progression to completion

Requirements:

  • Conveyancing Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the conveyancing process
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in an open-plan office
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Client-Focused: Professional communication and commitment to providing excellent client service
