HSQE Consultant

Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited's Energy division is a leading provider of infrastructure services. We are seeking an experienced HSQE Advisor to join our team in Normanton. This permanent office/site-based role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about health, safety, quality, and environmental excellence.

The successful candidate will provide competent health, safety, quality (assurance), and site environmental advice to the management team and staff. They will ensure inspections and guidance are carried out effectively, providing challenge where required and promoting safe equipment, standards, and methods of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stop work operations when unsafe conditions are identified and agree on suitable and safe solutions
• Assist the operational team in reviewing CDM documentation
• Ensure process and working method assurance
• Take an active role in developing, maintaining, and promoting a positive HSQE culture
• Ensure compliance with Keltbray standards and client requirements
• Undertake task analysis of risk assessment and method statements/task briefings
• Provide support and advice for staff to promote sustainable practices
• Ensure all requirements and findings are closed within required timescales

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• NEBOSH certification
• Mental Health First Aider training
• Driving license
• Basics of management systems knowledge
• Site inspection and risk assessment experience
