Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

Giggling Squid, the largest Thai restaurant group in the UK, is seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled chefs and welcoming front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Manage financials, including budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements
  • A passion for authentic fresh food and exceptional service
  • Experience working at management level in a branded or independent environment
  • Full accountability for all aspects of the business
  • A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same
  • Can think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
  • Leads by example - inspiring, coaching and developing their team every day
  • Has full knowledge of financials
