We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Lead to join our team and support the development of our housekeeping department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and presentable at all times. This will involve working closely with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards
• Assist with the development and implementation of new cleaning procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of [£12.68 per hour] salary, plus tronc
• Experience in a similar role or within a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
