About the RoleJoin our team as a dedicated SEND educator, working one-on-one and in small groups to cater to diverse learning styles. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional behaviour management skills, be kind, caring, and patient, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
About the SchoolOur picturesque setting on the outskirts of Peterborough provides an ideal environment for 23 students with special needs to thrive. With a strong support staff team and a warm welcoming atmosphere, we strive to provide a nurturing space for all pupils.
Requirements- Hold good behaviour management skills
- Be kind, caring, and patient
- Work effectively within a team
- $130-$160 per day (dependent on experience)
- Pension contributions (subject to qualifying period)
