  • Managing contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
  • Driving improvements in forecast accuracy and budgets.
  • Providing commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience or understanding of contract management, cost management, change management, valuation, procurement, reporting, and collaborative approach.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
