Exciting Opportunity for a CAD / Revit Technician

HAYS Architecture & Design NI is seeking a skilled CAD / Revit Technician to join their Belfast Studio. As a renowned Landscape Architecture specialist, they are looking for a talented individual to help establish and develop BIM protocols and processes.

About the Role

As the CAD / Revit specialist in the office, you will work closely with Landscape Architects to transfer their concepts to technical details, visualisations, and Revit models. You will ensure compliance with building regulations, integration with broader project teams, and continual improvement of workstreams and best practices.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
  • At least 1 year's practical experience working in a Design Studio or similar field
  • Competence in using MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Civil Design experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to the Studio's Belfast-based office
