About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for designing new tooling and fixtures using 3D/2D CAD software, developing manufacturing processes from concept to fully validated components, and collaborating with the production engineering team and operations staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality standards and tight tolerances throughout the production process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, including design and testing of new tooling and fixtures.
  2. Work closely with the production engineering team to ensure smooth product launches and maintain high-quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
  4. Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and efficiency.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
