Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to support the exceptional service delivered by our showroom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Close management of client and showroom calendars, ensuring daily and future planning aligns with client bookings and colleague schedules.
  • Support all aspects of hospitality and client experience within the showroom and at client events, leading your team to deliver exceptional standards of client hospitality.
  • Recommend and source external experiences and services through your professional network.
  • Support showroom teams in hosting client events and setting the standard for an exceptional experience.
  • Events management, including agreeing costs and managing invoices for event services.
  • Oversee all aspects of hospitality for clients, including drinks and catering.
  • Organise and prepare the VIP room (where applicable).
  • Maintain showroom housekeeping standards.

Role Requirements/Attributes



  • Experience working within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Lead and coach a team dedicated to creating memorable moments and experiences for clients.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers.
  • Ability to work accurately and with detail.
  • Comfortable working in a luxury environment and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent external network to enable you to recommend and book hospitality services for clients.
