Private Client Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Earl Street Employment Consultants Ltd. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including estate and care fees planning, wills and will writing, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, trusts and trust administration, probate and administration of estates, inheritance tax planning and investments, charities, and deputyship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of files with minimal supervision, focusing on wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on private client matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of private client law, particularly in the areas of wills, trusts, estates, and tax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
