Primary MFL Instructor

Step Teachers is seeking a skilled and dedicated MFL Teacher to work at a Secondary School in Oxford. The position is initially for 12 months, but the school is open to discussing the duration.
Job Role- Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 MFL Curriculum in French with proficiency in Spanish
- Maintain a well-organised and professional classroom environment and associated resources
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and throughout the school
- Evaluate student performance, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Adhere to the school's policies and implement them reliably
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification for teaching in a Secondary School setting
- Recent mainstream experience as an MFL Teacher in a Secondary School
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management and behaviour control
- A relevant degree in Modern Languages, French, or Spanish is desirable
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is advantageous
