About the Role
This varied and rewarding position involves providing total care to clients according to daily routine as outlined in care plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed medication, including controlled drugs, and ensuring that service delivery remains fully compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to clients, particularly when they need to adjust to change or family crisis
- Escorting clients out of the establishment, e.g. leisure trips
- Completing daily records
- Undertaking cleaning, laundry and dining room service
