About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Networks Distribution IT / OT team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Digital Strategy and Vision to be a progressive network owner, using digital to enhance social and economic value, deliver a leading experience for our customers, and enable the energy system to support net zero carbon.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of high-level functional specifications, designs, and subsequent development of recommended systems, working closely with the Product Owner and delivery teams.
  2. Oversee the delivery of product analysis backlog items across the end-to-end product in an agile environment, representing and modelling data and information, developing training materials, and driving the definition of lean business cases.
  3. Plan, prioritize, manage, execute, and evaluate analysis work on multiple complex projects and/or critical projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar senior Product/Business Analysis role focused on supporting business critical/complex systems in a large organization, with a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  2. Ability to assimilate user stories, shape visions, construct roadmaps, and develop investment cases for product development, coupled with experience working in an agile environment and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership of requests and issues from all interconnecting and interdependent workstreams, maintaining quality of work even in a pressurized environment.
