Job Title: Asset Planning Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Officer to join our team at Urenco. As a key member of our commissioning and testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handover of major capital projects at our Capenhurst site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain SAP master data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Conduct plant walkdowns and visits to identify and document asset information.
  3. Develop and maintain plant hierarchies, FLOCs, and equipment records.
  4. Manage material master and BOMs to ensure accurate ordering and replenishment of parts.
  5. Develop and load maintenance plans in line with discipline engineer requirements.
  6. Load data via Winshuttle to ensure accurate and timely completion of commissioning and maintenance regimes.
  7. Hold technical conversations to ensure that Capenhurst maintenance instructions and technical library are representative of good engineering practices.
  8. Awareness of safety cases and ability to recognize when the Capenhurst change management process is required.
  9. Liaise with project engineers, maintenance, and procurement to identify spares for critical assets.
  10. Develop and load BOMs into SAP to allow for ordering and replenishment of parts.
  11. Create, maintain, and delete plans as per project requirements.
  12. Raise preventative maintenance requests in line with discipline engineering requirements.
  13. Ensure procedure followed for obtaining new maintenance plan numbers.
  14. Set plans live after PMR and COM-T01 is fully approved.
  15. Create and update ArcGIS maps and related databases to enable department works information to be attached to maintenance plans.
  16. Liaise with projects to ensure accuracy of data.
  17. Identify missing assets previously not loaded or incorrectly loaded into SAP.
  18. Liaise and support engineering to ensure data is correct and accurately recorded in SAP.
  19. Create and modify maintenance plans and BOMs in SAP as required.
  20. Liaise with Group IT on improving asset data and associated asset data standards within SAP.
  21. Write and update procedures as necessary.
  22. Allocate all maintenance plans, PMRs, Winshuttle sheets, ArcGIS maps, maintenance instructions, and BOMs.
  23. Ensure all operational and maintenance manuals are listed and recorded in Documentum.
  24. Ensure critical spares are identified.
Requirements:
  1. HNC Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Good working knowledge of SAP Asset Management and Maintenance Planning modules.
  3. Working knowledge of ArcGIS.
  4. Working knowledge of Winshuttle.
  5. Understanding of technical data, O&Ms, drawings, P&IDs.
