We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Blackburn. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new starter and leaver data, including entering information onto our payroll system
  • Create employee records within our time and attendance system to enable new starts to clock in and out
  • Review and resolve payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and process mileage claims and other payroll-related tasks
  • Work closely with department heads to resolve any payroll-related issues
Requirements:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive payroll information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
