About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Case Worker to join our team at St Mungo's. As a Senior Case Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who are experiencing homelessness and ill-health to rebuild their lives.

Working as part of our SPOT Navigator team, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized action plans to help them achieve stability and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, and specialist agencies to ensure clients receive the support they need to transition away from homelessness.
  • Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing strength-based assessment and creative engagement techniques to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve their confidence, well-being, and ability to live independently.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an inspirational and committed individual who has a genuine desire to support people to rebuild their lives. You will have experience of working within a homeless outreach setting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely and lone work with vulnerable individuals.
