Blue Legal is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the firm's international sector groups, with a focus on their renowned Employment and Restructuring practice groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the practice groups at an international level.
  • Coordinate profile-raising activities, including events, legal award submissions, sponsorships, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to target key clients and industry leaders.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to deliver compelling messages for major sector and practice group pitches.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all standard capability statements and pitching content.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to share BD strategies and messaging between aligned practice groups.
  • Manage sector and practice group intranet sites.
  • Maintain and update practice group credentials to deliver compelling sales messages.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • IT literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Desirable: Degree or CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing.
