Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious Private Members Club in Vauxhall. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pastries and desserts in a well-equipped and air-conditioned Production Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook pastries and desserts to a high standard
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends
