About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Your Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication management
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support
