**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Quality Lead to join our team at ZipRecruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and enhancing the Quality Assurance (QA) function, aligning with business priorities and streamlining processes within the eQMS.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and developing Quality Assurance teams, expertise in IVD or medical device quality, and knowledge of ISO 13485:2016. They will also have strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and accountable approach.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
