Procurement Delivery and Process Manager

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Delivery and Process Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality procurement services to the Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure compliant procurement delivery and performance in line with external quality standards, business objectives, KPIs, and customer expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the Trust's framework workplan/pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Procurement Operations and Category Leads.
- Ensure consistent delivery of procurement projects to a high quality and on time, in line with the framework workplan.
- Lead business improvement projects, undertake specific procurement activity, provide procurement advice and support, and develop internal processes, procedures, and supporting systems.
- Proven experience of managing and coordinating large and complex procurement projects.
- Subject matter expert within the use of electronic tendering systems, customer relationship management software, and compliance with UK public contract regulations.
- Advanced IT skills with knowledge of specialist software for contract management, electronic catalogue, and e-procurement systems.
