We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our Clinical Leadership Team as a Divisional Pharmacy Clinical Manager in Digital. This role will support the Associate Director of Pharmacy in the day-to-day management of Clinical Pharmacy Services and lead the maintenance and development of the Trust-wide electronic prescribing system.
The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, a passion for developing staff, and experience in pharmacy digital systems. They will be responsible for supporting the Associate Director of Pharmacy in the management of Clinical Pharmacy Services, leading the delivery of the Trust medicines optimisation strategy within the Women & Children's Division, and supporting trust digital and data leads in the optimisation of the trusts EPR system with respect to medicines and pharmacy services.
The successful candidate will have a postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent NHS hospital experience, a vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. They will also have evidence of ongoing continued professional development and be an independent prescriber.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Associate Director of Pharmacy in the management of Clinical Pharmacy Services.
- Lead the delivery of the Trust medicines optimisation strategy within the Women & Children's Division.
- Support trust digital and data leads in the optimisation of the trusts EPR system with respect to medicines and pharmacy services.
- Postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent NHS hospital experience.
- Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Evidence of ongoing continued professional development.
- Independent prescriber.
