Learning Support Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at TLTP Education. This SEN Teacher role involves teaching students with complex needs, working with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to meet the needs of each student. You will be working closely with the management team to ensure that all students receive the best possible education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach individual pupils and groups of pupils
- Work with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to meet the needs of each student
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective educational programs
