Job Title: Timber Frame Contracts Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

Location: North East England

Sector: Timber Frame

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the North East of England.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the timber frame sector, with experience in managing multiple sites across a region. You will possess excellent communication skills, able to liaise with clients on technical issues and queries regarding timber frame kits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple timber frame projects across the North East of England
  2. Liaise with clients on technical issues and queries
  3. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project delivery
  4. Monitor and control project costs and budgets
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the timber frame sector
  • Proven track record of managing multiple sites across a region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sub-contract management experience
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons
