Experienced Payroll Supervisor

**About the Role:** Kenton Black Finance is recruiting for a seasoned Payroll Manager to join their team in Ellesmere Port, Chester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager/Supervisor to take on a challenging role with a growing financial firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly payrolls, mentoring/training and delegating to a small team of administrators, and providing clients with payroll reports and updates.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a bureau/accountancy practice or umbrella company
- Proven track record of running payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
- Strong team leadership and drive, with a desire to lead a small team
- Knowledgeable with all aspects of pensions Auto enrolment procedures
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Packages and Benefits:
- Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
