Technical Leadership Opportunity

Our client, a leading company in the Oxfordshire area, is seeking an experienced Applications Engineering Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and driving the development of customer hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Analyse complex problems and identify root causes
  • Develop and implement application solutions through hardware and software development, configuration, and integration
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Support customers through technical documentation and communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile approach
  • BSc in Electronics, Computer Science, or Engineering-based subject
