About the Opportunity

This College Operations Coordinator position involves providing effective administrative support for the operational processes that maintain the smooth running of our College. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including provision of administrative and clerical support, reception duties, and course administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and clerical support within the School of Modern Languages & Cultures Administrative Office.
  • Handling all enquiries and redirecting as necessary.
  • Supporting the administration of courses across the School, including general course administration and admissions processes.
  • Liaising with Overseas Agents to arrange commission payments and assisting with school purchasing activities.
  • Supporting student recruitment, seminars, and other School events management, collaborating with administrative colleagues.

Requirements

  • A1 SCQF Level 4 (National 4) or equivalent in English and Mathematics, and relevant work experience.
  • C1 Accuracy and attention to detail, C2 Good IT skills with Microsoft Office software, C3 Good time management skills, and ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Excellent administrative and secretarial skills, effective written and oral communication skills, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, under supervision, or as part of a team, meeting agreed deadlines in a time-constrained environment.

Your Benefits
