Job Title: Head of People

Hollybank Trust is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our People strategy, ensuring our staff are well-led, engaged, and valued.

About the Role

We are a forward-thinking organisation with a person-centred approach, operating from four sites across West Yorkshire. Our mission is to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a People function and as a senior leader, with experience of implementing HR initiatives across all HR functions. You will be responsible for inspiring, innovating, and motivating others to embrace change and support our journey to Outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy, aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the provision of best-in-class HR practices, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural change and organisational design.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee law and relevant legislation.
  • Lead change management processes, ensuring a smooth transition to new initiatives.
