Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their client's sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate the most suitable options to customers, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
  2. Agree on the price and payment method with customers directly, working within company guidelines.
  3. Participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
  4. Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any complementary services or additional work to be completed on the vehicle before delivery.
  5. Follow up with customers after delivery to check their satisfaction and maintain contact to build relationships and future business.
  6. Plan and organize daily selling activities, such as telephoning sales prospects to obtain new business.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
Requirements:
  1. Able to plan, organize self, and meet agreed work deadlines.
  2. Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  3. Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  4. Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
