**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Facades Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a major construction project in London. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and programming of the site, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth project start.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the preparation and programming of the site, including setting up necessary scaffold and highways licenses.
  • Manage and guide a team of professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stages of the project.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including managing preliminaries, and provide accurate and timely reports on project progress and potential issues.
  • Secure all required licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the facades works and ensure a strong safety culture on-site.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in facades construction and site management.
  • Strong understanding of site programming, logistics, and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience with cost control, including managing preliminaries and budgets.
  • Knowledge of obtaining and managing scaffold and highways licenses.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Health and Safety awareness and compliance.
