About Kelaca

Kelaca is a dynamic and values-led organization seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Professional Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Professional Services will contribute to and execute the strategic vision for our services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery Excellence
    • Ensure the Professional Services team consistently exceeds expectations in completing projects successfully, meeting revenue targets, and delivering business outcomes with high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Work with the VP of Professional Services to establish and manage goals and responsibilities for the services team.
    • Share hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts to help sell the value of our Professional Services.
    • Define and maintain high standards for team member expectations and enable the team to achieve them.
    • Monitor team member performance, provide timely feedback, and offer development assistance.
  • Resource Management and Improvement
    • Manage resource assignments and staffing levels, including recruitment as needed.
    • Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools used by the team.
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience
    • Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry.
    • Working knowledge of maintenance practices highly preferred.
    • 5+ years' experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions required.
    • Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
  • Skills
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
    • Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
