Auditor Role at Keltbray Infrastructure Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team at Keltbray Infrastructure Services. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit and compliance needs of our operations in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To participate in the completion of the audit plan, both internal and external
  • To ensure the necessary Keltbray Group and BU Standards are in place at all Keltbray locations.
  • To oversee both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled.
  • To communicate with the Heads of HSQE and relevant Operations staff, ensuring audit requirements are met and prep completed.
  • To ensure all necessary compliance reporting is completed for the Heads of HSQE and the Senior Team.
  • To manage and facilitate both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled.
  • To assist in the development and improvement of process with the relevant operations personnel in all areas supporting the Lead Auditor
  • To provide independent review of the BU's systems and compliance with relevant Legislation, Standards and Company process.
  • To support the Heads of HSQE to ensure the promotion of common process across all Keltbray BU's and the reduction of redundant process.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety
  • Internal Auditor Training
  • At least 3 years' experience of Auditing
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF
  • Approachable and helpful attitude
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of management systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven ability to interact with the BU staff at all levels
  • Flexible and willing to learn how different business streams work
