**Job Title: Fashion Production Coordinator**

About the Role:

Fashion & Retail Personnel is a leading provider of technical apparel solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Fashion Production Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of approved prototypes for menswear and womenswear, working closely with internal teams and offshore factories to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within fashion, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fit. They will be able to translate design ideas into workable technical construction notes and diagrams, and will possess excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and offshore factories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide and chase samples from manufacturers to company guidelines.
  • To assist with all technical aspects of garments from development, fitting, and sampling stages through to production.
  • To translate design sketches into workable technical construction notes and diagrams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within fashion, ideally within a multi-product environment.
  • Experience of sample fitting sessions with designers and technical ability to make accurate notes relating to garment construction and fit.
  • Strong communication skills, with previous success of liaising with offshore factories.
Benefits:
