Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to join our team at The Coal Authority. As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing business-wide Programme and Project delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies.
You will be responsible for leading transformative change across the organisation, ensuring the programme team is in place and effective, and delivering the change to embed and realise the benefits. Your extensive project management experience, including planning, financial management, and reporting, will be essential in achieving this goal.
About The RoleAs a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing business-wide Programme and Project delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Leading from the front in transformative change across the organisation.
- Ensuring the programme team is in place and effective, and delivering the change to embed and realise the benefits.
- Applying your extensive project management experience, including planning, financial management, and reporting.
We are looking for a candidate who is a pragmatic project professional, seeking solutions and innovative methods to tackle challenges. If you have experience of delivering medium to large projects and/or programmes with significant complexity and variety, we would love to hear from you.
