Job Overview
GCS Associates is seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive Construction to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in timber sales, with experience in selling hardwood products. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing customers across the construction sector
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's product range and market trends

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in timber sales, preferably in the construction sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

What We Offer
