Clark James Recruitment is partnering with a reputable Financial Services business to find a skilled Mortgage Broker.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a CeMAP qualified professional looking to work on a self-employed basis.

The successful candidate will be based in a modern, team-oriented location and will have the opportunity to work with high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service qualified leads and proactively generate new business.
  • Support and guide clients through the property mortgage process, from application to completion.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and valuers to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunities.
  • Enjoy a flexible work arrangement, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
  • No weekend work is required.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous Mortgage Broking experience is required.
  • A motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
