Payroll and Pensions Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our expanding Department in Southampton or remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience, fluency in German and English, and leadership skills.

Your new role:

  • Support payroll for UK and Germany, preparing payroll for external providers, answering employee questions, and performing supporting tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external payroll providers, health insurances, and other stakeholders.
  • Support payroll in other European countries and lead the Payroll teams for the UK, Germany, and smaller European countries.
  • Participate in and organize projects to process changes within those regions.

  • Experience in payroll, German payroll experience a plus.
