About the Role

This 36-hour per week position involves working alternate weekends and bank holidays, offering an hourly rate of £11.72. If you possess excellent communication skills and a warm demeanor, we encourage you to apply for this role.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, as well as maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks.
