Job Opportunity:

Redwood Search is seeking an experienced and ambitious Car Sales Executive to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for new and used vehicles
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience
  • Negotiate final prices and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for each sale to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive business growth

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in car sales (new and used vehicles)
  • Familiarity with working to manufacturer standards and targets
  • Experience in Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence is required

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)

Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm

Sundays:
Ad-hoc for shows and special events
