We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker for Adults to join our team at Roots in Suffolk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by providing support and care to adults with complex needs.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and build independence while working with a supportive manager with over 20 years of experience. Your role will involve providing personal care, mental health support, shopping, laundry, medication, and pet care in individuals' own homes.

Requirements
  • No prior care experience is needed; full training and support are provided.
  • Experience with Autism, Mental Health, and knowledge of eating disorders are desirable but not essential.
  • A full, valid UK driving license and appropriate insurance for business purposes are required.
