Order Entry Specialist

About the Role:
The Order Entry Coordinator is a key member of the Funko team, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders in our system (D365). This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in the system (D365) accurately and on time, in alignment with the fulfillment policy.
- Assist Team & Tier Leads to meet or exceed tier-level KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resulting in increased productivity and achieving incentive goals.
- Ensure the highest level of order management for sales orders.
- Assist Tier Lead to maintain the tier's email folders within the order entry inbox.
- Provide administrative assistance to both the Team and Tier leads.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
