HPLC Field Service Engineer Job Summary

nGenium is seeking a skilled HPLC Field Service Engineer to join their team. As an HPLC Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by utilizing expertise in servicing, maintaining, and repairing analytical instrumentation and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving growth by delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Utilizing expertise in servicing, maintaining, and repairing analytical instrumentation and electromechanical systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills and building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HPLC Field Service Engineer.
  • Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining HPLC systems from various manufacturers.
  • Electrical/Electronic or scientific educational background.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £45k - £55k per annum, based on experience.
