Healthcare Central London's Community Dermatology Service offers high-quality, consultant-supported care for patients with chronic skin conditions, including eczema, acne, and psoriasis.



Job Purpose and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated GP with an Extended Role in Dermatology to join our dynamic clinical team in delivering high-quality community services to our patients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultations: Conducting face-to-face and/or remote appointments to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Joint Clinics: Participating in clinics with a Consultant Dermatologist to offer comprehensive care.
  • Quality Improvement and Clinical Governance: Engaging in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance our service.
  • Professional Development: Pursuing opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Adherence to Policies and Protocols: Following established policies, protocols, and clinical guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ethical and Legal Compliance: Adhering to ethical principles and legal requirements in all aspects of practice.


Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified GMC Registered GP with MRCGP accreditation, entry on the Performer's List, and proven experience in handling a busy community care caseload.


Desirable Qualifications and Experience:



  • Training in Clinical Leadership or Management
  • Teaching/Training experience
  • Experience using S1, Accurx
  • Delivery of clinical audit
  • Experience of working in Westminster general practice
