Job Description

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill a Maintenance and Multi Skilled Carpenter position at Squared, a not-for-profit housing association. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work on our properties, as well as assisting with carpentry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repair work on properties
  • Assisting with carpentry tasks, including repairs and installations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends
