About the Role

We are seeking a digital marketer who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, who is creative and analytical. As a paid media specialist, you will be managing the paid social strategies and analyzing key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate on ad content and landing pages to maximize engagement.
  • Drive creative concepts, content ideation, and implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid media strategies.
  • Manage budget allocation and forecasting for campaigns.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools - paid/organic social media, email marketing, and E-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.
