About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient parcel delivery
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You

We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a brilliant team player, you'll have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You'll also have a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
