About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Audio Note (Uk) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all logistics matters, processing sales orders and invoices, and coordinating with customers, the warehouse, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Oversee all logistics matters, including imports and exports, to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with customers, the warehouse, and the sales team to ensure seamless communication and delivery
  • Manage paperwork and documentation, including inventory management and tracking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and logistics, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems, including inventory management and tracking
