Job Responsibilities
- To carry out professional duties as a teacher, under the direction of the Head Teacher.
- To establish and maintain a calm and safe learning environment, promoting emotional well-being.
- To become familiar with the school's philosophy and policies.
- To respect and maintain confidentiality.
- To plan, prepare, evaluate, and review learning programs.
- To teach individual pupils or small groups, reviewing lessons and teaching styles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Previous teaching experience at the appropriate age range.
- Subject/Key Stage knowledge.
- Ability to deliver a flexible differentiated curriculum.
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
