Senior Site Manager – Residential – Northern Home Counties

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of luxury residential projects in the Northern Home Counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Manage and motivate a team of site managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively
* Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, taking proactive steps to prevent delays and cost overruns
* Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to ensure that their expectations are met, and that they are satisfied with the quality of the finished product

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
