About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Health and Social Care Educator to join our team at Wayman Group. As a specialist in teaching Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care to students at GCSE and A-Level
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Health and Social Care or a related subject
  • PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Experience working as a Health and Social Care Educator in a secondary school setting
  • Excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
